How has MYT impacted your life?

MYT has provided me an incredible vehicle to connect with others in their path of healing. The shift to a virtual platform is a great way to meet people from all over the world. It’s important to me that everyone is the primary person in their own path of healing, the process of being the witness (as the client and the practitioner) is profound and beautiful. In my own personal practice, MYT has helped me to recognize imbalances and energetic patterns that exist in my body and provided a way to work on this as my knowledge deepens. I am extremely grateful to embark upon this path of knowledge.

Specializations

I specialize in working with people from many walks of life, from those that are just looking to become more aware of their internal patterns to those with specific issues. I have experience working in high stress environments, with clients who have issues related to mental health, addiction, trauma, and more. I am also passionate about helping those who work in nonprofit settings, as a way to assist in managing the stress of the environment.
